There is no resident login or signup. We do not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, apartment numbers or other personally identifiable information. The platform collects community opinions and only the non-identifying technical controls needed to count participation fairly.
What is collected
Daily Pulse selections, mood check-ins, priority rankings, submitted ideas, community upvotes and the time of participation. Results are presented as aggregated community signals.
What is not requested
No name, login, email address, phone number, apartment number, resident profile or candidate affiliation is requested. Suggestions containing personal details may be blocked by the safety filter.
Fair participation
A random browser token and a non-reversible server-side hash help remember a response and discourage duplicate participation. They are not used to discover or publish a resident's identity.
How insights may help
Aggregated insights can help residents, owners, community representatives, candidates and present or future MC members understand shared concerns and ideas. Everyone sees community signals—not individual profiles.

Avatar Pulse is not an election campaign, does not endorse a candidate and does not contain “vote for” messaging. Participation data is intended to improve community understanding and constructive decision-making. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Safety and moderation
Free-text ideas are checked for vulgar, abusive or threatening language and for personal information. Content may be rejected, hidden or combined with a similar idea to keep the public space constructive and privacy-conscious.
Service providers
Avatar Pulse uses Hostinger to run the website and Supabase to store responses. Like most hosting services, they may process routine security and diagnostic logs, which can include technical information such as an IP address or browser details, under their own privacy and security practices. Avatar Pulse does not use this information to create resident profiles.
Retention and corrections
Anonymous responses may be retained while they remain useful for community trends and accountability. Because responses are not tied to an identity, the operator may not be able to identify one person's response for individual access or deletion. Incorrect or inappropriate public content may be reviewed and removed by the operator.
